Booking & Deposit Policy 

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT POLICY

  • We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.
  • Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

CABINS & CAMP SITES

  • Cabins and camp Sites require a minimum 50% deposit on the day of booking.
  • Payment plans are available up to 1st December.
  • Minimum booking period applies over holiday periods.

REFUND POLICY

  • There is a minimum $20 administration fee on all cancellations.
  • We do not refund FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS OR for early departure.

OFF PEAK PERIOD

SITES:

  • If you give us at least 14 days notice we will refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
  • Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit. 

CABINS: 

  •  For off peak cancellations there is a $30 administration fee.
  • If you give us at least 14 days notice we will refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
  • Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit. 

PEAK PERIOD

SITES:

  • If you give us at least 21 days notice we will refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
  • Any cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will forfeit their deposit. 

CABINS:

  • For peak period cancellations there is a $50 administration fee.
  • If you give us at least 21 days notice we will refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
  • Any cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will forfeit their deposit. 

Any further refund will be at our absolute discretion, depending upon the situation.
